                There is nothing to negotiate until the people of Gibraltar express some intent to revise their earlier landslide decision.

                      It is, but as that was nothing to do with sovereignty (for which the landslide was 98.97%), it is irrelevant.

                      Please supply some evidence that their Brexit position trumps their sovereignty position if you don't wish me to continue mocking you.

                      As regards Gibraltar and its sovereignty, there IS nothing to negotiate. There are, however, a number of other minor points to be addressed. Hence the 2 year window.
