I claim FALSE on your figures, based on fact.

In 2015 there were 27 deaths in the US due to lightning. 475 people were killed in mass shootings.
So, you were over 17 times MORE likely to die in a mass shooting than you were by lightning in 2015.
Only about 10% of people struck by lightning actually die
So, 27x10 = 270. That's NOT 5x475. You are still more likely to be killed in a mass shooting than struck by lightning. Not 5 times the other way round. Your claim is FALSE.

2016 so far 9 lightning deaths, 256 killed in mass shootings, that's 28 times more likely to die in a mass shooting so far in 2016 than by lightning.

I suspect illegal guns are common in certain sections of the community. That may fall along race lines but it is more likely to fall along gang membership, as the gangs tend to be single race and ones from impoverished areas then maybe that has an effect?
