I guess you are also willing to go on record as saying that the firm that wrote that piece are promoting fraud, if you're so sure of yourself?
No. I'm going to suggest you find what PC wrote about his claiming and check the approach he used and the questions he seemingly was not asked against that article.

I find its best to come prepared when dealing with fools....

If I'm wrong about this then I apologise
Ah, the mythology of PC's JSA claims. In my memory he had over 16k in the business account, wasn't asked about it and failed to declare it. But who knows what the truth is? And does it really matter??

Quick comment from me regarding "untouchables"...
As part of the initiation ceremony (the welts are going down now, Cojak, and I can stop taking the drugs for that rash, NAT), I was not advised of anyone being untouchable.

But seriously... if users don't report a post and we don't spot it, how are we supposed to moderate it?

This. Let's not get in to the details of the claim again. Let's get back to the original topic of PC being a bed-wetting lickspittle.

And there's the rub, we only know what PC told us himself.
It doesn't, but puts doubt into the claims he has done nothing questionable.

Someone else had a similar issue (I won't name him here) as DWP only look at the totals business accounts and ignore money owed in say VAT and Corporation Tax.

Worse you need to get everything sorted before you claim... Paying your VAT / Corporation Tax after you start claiming is a total no-no....
