I'll bet others will claim it if they need to/are able to. Of course, no-one is going to actually admit it on the forum because that would look 'uncool'. But then no-one will find out what you do in real life so its the safety of an internet forum.
Perhaps I'm just too honest....
From a legal perspective, the way you handled your affairs, during that time, is questionable yet you won't let it lie. Your sig was proof of that.Last edited by MrMarkyMark; 15 June 2016, 10:18.The Chunt of Chunts.Comment

Nothing I did either before, or during claiming was disallowed or even frowned upon. In fact, at the time, they were more than happy to process my claim because they knew I'd be very little trouble to them.
Like I always say, dont claim if you dont want to. No odds to me at all. Just dont shout down people who want to claim.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment

You are allowed to have an opinion on it. But you've been singled out as the only person in the history of the forum who's ever been told to stop expressing a specific opinion in the professional forums. Except for...
If that's all that's required, then yes - it's perfectly legal. NLUK thinks so too. I disagree with him that it's a last resort - as I have most definitely said before, I don't see anything wrong with it. Happy now?
So does this mean that any newbies that come on here and ask about it will be given an honest answer and not the "skewed by personal opinion" answer?Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment

I think its the general negative attitude towards benefits and the people that claim them, that keeps bubbling up. Plenty of Daily Mail types around this place
Access to any benefit is going to depend on your personal situation. I don't think blanket saying everyone could claim is going to be true is it ? Likewise say no one can is clearly bollocks as well ?Comment

12 pages to try and figure out which mod was childish and establish that PC has a thing for trolling about JSA?
Couldn't one of the mods have simply PM'd PC to tell him that they've removed his signature? The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't existComment
