              So you had a little (repair and cleaning) work for your BTL, but it still makes you a return.

              What do you want, perfect tenants, rented out every month, zero damage or maintenance. And a mortgage paid off and shed loads of capital gain. You don't want too much do you.

              'Envy'? God you are so deluded. How about a little bit of equality, or fairness? How about less exploitation by baby boomers. That would be nice if they could curb their greed. Just a little. That would be nice.
