That's easy. Just have blank boxes on the registration screen with an instruction link and a link called 'Ask a question'. Anyone that hits ask a question before the instructions link get a permaban.

And a captcha at the end that says pick the right option. a) I want advise b) I want advice.

1. What is your company/umbrellas's name?
2. What is your accountant's name?
3. What is your accountant's phone number?
4. Who do you work for?
