So as someone who prior to a few days back was about to pull the trigger and start MVL but held off because of the rumours should I go ahead or are things still ambiguous ?

you'll note that there isn't yet a direct attack on "PSCs" (I hate using that term).
So unless I'm missing a massive point somewhere, it's business as usual WRT to ER for most contractor companies.

The draft Fiance Bill is expected on December 9th. I'm expecting Div Tax, No T&S for IR35 caught and Tax Scheme, GAAR are already announced to be included.
I think changes to IR35 are unlikely to come in December, but would expect a consultation document at some stage this year or early next. And it's at that stage that the one month rule could rear its head again.Comment
