    morning guys..... i had one of these letter drop yesterday and reading through the comments the next steps are to reply denying the offense..... as stated ip address does not prove anything .... i have 28 days to reply .... im using the speculative invoicing handbook to deal with this which you can find here https://www.scribd.com/doc/115443516...Second-Edition

    is there any developments anyone knows of with regards to this bs

      Letter from your ISP telling you they've dobbed you in or actual claim letter from GoldenEye?

      If its a claim letter then wondering if I'll have one on my mat sometime soon...

            Follow the instructions in the handbook and tell everyone who your ISP is and how rubbish they are because they've handed over information to these scumbags.

                Deny, if the worst comes to the worst and they persue it, replace the hard drive. Doubt very much whether any of this goes to court.

                This is just a scam with a wafer thin veneer of legality.

                  Wonder about this info garnering. Was looking at my Google YouTube history yesterday and there were various crappy Rap and Hip Hop music things there, sure I've never listened to that rubbish.

                    Is there a template letter to send back as such to deny it?
                    Mine gives a file, time, date,and IP as evidence
