Whether it's incorrect or not is immaterial - I'm sure there are plenty of 11 year old girls who want to have sex, too - doesn't make it okay to sleep with them, though. We accept that children of a certain age aren't in a state to consent to sex and we've draw that line at 16.

Its damaging, from experience, people aren't ready for sex so early. 11 year old boys or girls cannot deal with such things.

She used her physical weight to pin him down, while exploiting his confusion and getting on with it quickly before he could make sense out of it and come to reason - and it sounds like he truly was conflicted and didn't want it to happen.
