Sorry, but this is rape of an 11 year old. How is she not doing hard time.

She's already done "Hard Time" - 45 seconds of it according to the article.

yeah but this one is a munter.

seriously that was a 15 year old boy, this is an 11 year old.

At 15 I looked like a gorilla and could cope (almost) with sexual matters.

Or is it because the victim was a boy & his father doesn’t what to admit that his boy was raped as that is not manly!

Whatever the reason it’s wrong & illegal she should go to prison

If the idea is that they aren't old enough to consent then how does that make any difference at all?

Its damaging, from experience, people aren't ready for sex so early. 11 year old boys or girls cannot deal with such things.

Whether it's incorrect or not is immaterial - I'm sure there are plenty of 11 year old girls who want to have sex, too - doesn't make it okay to sleep with them, though. We accept that children of a certain age aren't in a state to consent to sex and we've draw that line at 16.

    When I was 11 I wanted a real Fire Engine - I didn't get that, either.

The child has been let down by his babysitter, his father, and the legal system. I hope they revisit the case.
