Apart from the fact she never actually said that , that is a German government estimate. What she did say was:

“We cannot give everyone asylum who believes that economically things are better here, or they have a chance of getting a job. We cannot create false hope. Otherwise we will not at all be able to sufficiently help those who need our help.”

Terrible news about the little boy and others. It's a shame that his family did that to him. So many men are unwilling to defend their country and yet wish to impose their way of life on any country willing to host them. Why is it that it's almost always Christian and Caucasian countries willing to be so tolerant and helpful- even to their own detriment??

There is massive denial over there and their media is 1000 times worse than ours. This is Fox news but it does give you an idea of the attitude to the death and destruction being meted out by 'murican foreign policy.

Most of the people actually think they're doing the world a favour by fighting the good fight...

Need of the hour though is to:

- Find these refugees a decent place to live. Identifying/tagging etc.
- Tell the economic migrants to Get the FO. Example: What F'king war/persecution is happening in Pakistan?
- Go full force on ISIS + Ass'h0le'ad
- Send the refugees back after the place is deemed safe.

This whole Syrian situation is aimed at Assad in the first place. Why not just remove the American interest in Syria and the rest of the middle east then let them repair/rebuild after restoring order and some semblance of normality?
