TG couldn't go on forever, and there is something to be said for going out with a bang, rather than fading away slowly, or in a slow march into rubbishness like the Simpson's has been doing for 10 years.
Demand for a JC/JM/RH car show is still high and it will be interesting to see what any new show would look like. I would hope they can wrest the track from Top Gear, that is one thing not covered by IP.
As for the Evans show, well I like Evans but he has known megalomaniac tendencies buried deep down. Giving him the biggest TV show in the world is perhaps not a good idea. Stand well back. And hiring a female presenter would not go down well with Top Gear's female fanbase.Comment

But regardless of what platform they choose, it will have a massive worldwide audience anyway via bittorrent, and thus plenty of export potential to other countries.
They're not daft Clarkson/May/Hammond and this is the best thing they could have done. Together they're bigger than the "Top Gear" title, which I'd imagine will probably run for another couple of series before being quietly retired.Originally posted by Nigel Farage MEP - 2016-06-24 04:00:00"I hope this victory brings down this failed project and leads us to a Europe of sovereign nation states, trading together, being friends together, cooperating together, and let's get rid of the flag, the anthem, Brussels, and all that has gone wrong."Comment
