The email isn't very clear, not sure if they think they've given us 7 days notice as they say if we don't accept the terms by next Thursday morning that we finish up on the Friday. But that in itself isn't 7 days notice is it?

Can anyone confirm this for me... isn't it the case that they aren't obliged to provide work to do, even inside a notice period? So whether it's actually 7 days or not doesn't make a difference?Comment
