If you want, I can share my pluralsight login with you, and you can brush up. That's what I do anyways, before I go to interviews. If it's software houses, sweatshops/digital media agencies, they probably want all of those above and will pay less in my experience. No point in generalizing though. Current gig is £350 after the pimp's cut and my first in central london. Was originally advertised at £425, but then the company decided to cut the price to "market" rate. Seems like a trend
Still it's better than the tulip position in Reading which was paying £320 a day for a software house (that AGILE dude who conducted a roleplay interview). If your skillset matches mine, I can refer you the job e-mails/calls I get from pimps I know.
