I just won't do long haul without a proper telephone interview first to establish that we are on the same page.

I once went over to Cork for an "interview". When I arrived, I was shown into a room where about 20 other people were sat at desks.

Yep, it was a written technical test just to determine who they were going to invite back for interview.

Still, I had a good night out in old Corcaigh afterwards.
