But for peace of mind... Do more research in to it. Is it offshore, on a loan basis? Have you done your own sums to see how they will do this for you?

It's offshore,Jersey,and loan based. My accountant suggested it and he's been pretty straight so far.

You are welcome to do it but don't forget the money will not be yours.
