Let me tell you the reason for them going down. Not because of the likes of Cheesedoff, it was because of greed and bad management simple!!! All you have to do is look at the financial report for 05 and 06 and you can see how much they spend on themselves. Cars, houses, dinners out in Sherrington wives, girlfriends etc etc... Even if they really did have their heads in the sand while Pramod was badly managing their account, the minute he left they should have been able to see the whatsit they were in and told. But no we were lied to and made to work for nothing for 3 weeks. It is disgraceful.So if you can't say something useful then don't say anything at all

Pramod's "financial systems" were a joke. It's a bad sign when the client has to phone Veritas to get then to send invoices for contractors, like my current client had to do. The whole point of Veritas was to get those invoices out and keep the money moving around. Having said that, the directors have no excuse for not knowing the financial state of the company.

It maybe a bit far down the road , but I will push very hard that when Veritas is finally liquidated that a case for at the very least Wrongful trading, if not Fraundulent trading is progressed against the directors. (see below)

I am nobody and i am just as hacked off as everyone else. What I do not like is the speculation and lack of facts on most of these quotes. If the consultants and team leaders were any good then the company would be flying by now instead of crashing. All I have said on here is that there are more than 3 people responsible for the demise of the company, and one of them appears to have set up again already!!!!

Facts

No Madbilly the facts are it didn't matter how much we made the company they would just spend spend spend. Which is what they have done for years. Yes the other person to blame is Pramod, he was the FD after all, however the major blame goes to the 3 people that owned it. Look at the financial reports and it cyrstal clear what they have been up to. They clearly don't give a damn as Marcus is advertising a new job for one of OUR clients on a jobboard. Who am I, I am a very P***** off employee that has unfortunatley been working for a bunch of monkeys.
