You really need to read up on work visas.

Your current one allows you to work for your current employer and only your current employer. If / when you leave that employer you need to apply for another tier 2 visa - and you may or may not get one...

See the "If you change your job" bit of https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/extend-your-visa

Yes, thankyou. I understand that the chances of this are good from speaking to others and there but for the grace of God, go I.

What about a SOC, who issues that? Employment has to be that, and the resident labour market test has to be performed, i.e. Advertise the job, and show why no local or EU candidate cannot do the job. My your very post you've shown you cannot possibly trump a local candidate with actual hands on experience.

Your only hope is Tier 1 Entrepreneur, but you need £200k for that and have to employ a set number of locally resident employees.

Just because you know some people commiting fraud and some that are breaking the law doesn't mean you should do it.

This attitude is what makes my blood boil on the immigration forums and there is no place for it here.

FTFY just to emphasis that what may have worked in the past really won't work in the future now HMRC are sharing data with the Borders Agency...

and the many, many IT personnel here from non EU regions who have leave to remain and are working in contracts? They too were like me and have made their own fortunes work for them.

It's come ILR time when the axe falls, UKVI check with HMRC for tax records and dodgy T2 contracting brollies are numero one on the hit list.

Invariably too these brollies, who are licenced sponsors (for now) take half the contracting rate as a 'fee' too as well as charging some extortionate amount for the permit.

On indefinite leave to remain you are not subject to immigration rules.
