The way its phrased is this is to impact umbrella employees and there has been examples of umbrellas lying about expenses to reduce their NI contributions....

The entire relationship between employment and tax needs to be investigated and fixed as a whole but no one seems to have the time and willingness to do it...

I am really struggling with the maths here... wouldnt that be around £13k in lunch & travel expenses each person?

tube ticket = £5
lunch = £10
Coffee = £6

I don't spend that much and I don't claim, its just an example. I know people who have done in the past.
