    so he got

    0.000000844 of the electorate or 7.12336e-15 %.

You know its truly representative when its written in scientific notation!
That's also the beauty of percentages. For example who'd have thought that 3.89% could represent 1269501 people?

      Twisting the numbers again.
He was voted in by people who are voted in by the public - across all parties.

She was voted in only by people from her own party. No one else had a say.

He was voted in by elected members, not the public. None of the public were handed a ballot paper saying JC Drunker!

She was voted in by the people of Maidenhead. Then like Drunker those elected by the public (the MPs) voted for her, the party members didn't have a say, however they are all likely to be on the electoral roll.

Conservative Party (UK) leadership election, 2016 - Wikipedia

In the first-round ballot, May, gaining the support of half of Conservative MPs, was placed first with Leadsom at second place. Fox was eliminated on the first ballot; Crabb withdrew later that day. Gove was eliminated in the second round of voting. Before the Conservative Party members were due to cast their votes, Leadsom withdrew from the contest on 11 July. May was appointed party leader later that day, and Prime Minister on 13 July.
so not playing with percentages just telling the truth!

More voted for him than voted for those in the House of Lords. Should that be disbanded too (Is your answer most likely based on "whatever the Wail tells me"?)

But it's only their MPs who get to vote on who becomes their leader. The rest of the party don't get to vote.

The MPs decide who the final two are. The party chooses between those two. It used to be different - you have to move with the times old bean.

MPs are chosen by the electorate. And anyone can join the conservative party.
