I suspect he meant Scotland. Hence Nicola. Although a few of the thick ones moved to Germany too.

Looks like the UK government will have to write a "letter" to the big pharmaceutical companies

Glaxo want a comfort letter from the government

Judgement on the article 50 case at 10am today. Just put a small punt on Sterling in case they rule against the govt.

Seems quite finely balanced, but I'd favour gov't win. Case in Belfast was an early indication, although it doesn't prejudice this case. In the event of gov't loss, I'd expect quick passage of legislation through HoC, perhaps in parallel to Supreme Court appeal. If HoL attempt to block, they'll hasten their own demise and increase majority for Brexit. Could be basis for a GE. Agree that Sterling would bounce temporarily though, perhaps 2-3%.

Slightly in favour of the moaners. Then overturned on appeal.

Either way we have a next round so won't get excited by the result.

Expect to see huge headline proclaiming victory in either the express or Indy tomorrow.

Yeah, because THAT always plays well with the British Electorate. A stubborn and surly rebuff from the political classes. Bring it on!!

See above. Folly of the highest order.
