Seems quite finely balanced, but I'd favour gov't win. Case in Belfast was an early indication, although it doesn't prejudice this case. In the event of gov't loss, I'd expect quick passage of legislation through HoC, perhaps in parallel to Supreme Court appeal. If HoL attempt to block, they'll hasten their own demise and increase majority for Brexit. Could be basis for a GE. Either way we have a next round so won't get excited by the result.
