Very very good point. Incredible that HMRC and Montpelier have never ever discussed. They have let their personal feelings get in the way of business.

          The article states:

"The schemes are often found to be illegal and users could find themselves on the wrong side of the law."

Our scheme was perfectly legal and within the law. The funny thing is, if it wasn't legal, we would be in a criminal court, yet criminal law forbids retrospection.

So please HMRC, take me to a criminal court. I look forward to your case being declared null and void.

Mr G is 'relishing' the opportunity to expose Hector as a complete muppet.
If it also becomes clear that HMRC are conducting a personal campaign against WG that could be a useful outcome.

So the personal campaign continues.....Whoever is behind it must be up for retirement soon, after all this lot has been going on now for some 11 years, and if its Brannigan he cant have that long before the gold watch.

Apparently he is a long way from retirement - but he is unlikely to be promoted after the mess he has made of this case. He should leave now before he gets kicked out.

Are you sure this mess is not his insurance plan to ensure he isn't kicked out?
