From the Creditor perspective I think that the disclosure of personal details of the Director of the Employment Agency which owes me £15,000 is fair. That way it is harder for him to hide behind the Limited Liability.

    But I see your point.
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

      I think I'm liable. *sigh*.

      contract:
First of all, you have insurance right?

2nd, you could back down, turn up next week and say, OK, here's my two weeks notice let's finish up

3rd, you could counter sue for the the two weeks unpaid

or 4th, my personal favourite, <removed by moderator>

        yeh. thanks.
well next week I start another contract.
I understand walking out is an issue but I do have reasons to do so. yes I also do have insurance.
Some say that the fact that his conduct is really the standing point in my defence (which is what the issue was in the first place). Others say that irrespective of that, there is some "loss".

Until it goes before a judge you won't know either way and most cases never get that far because people don't want to pay lawyers fees.

So ignore the agency until they get a solicitor involved - which depending on the agency is unlikely to happen. Then get your own and take it from there.

I don't think so. There's a fair amount of reasonableness.

Some of us are running out of patience, however.

Get proper legal advice if they send you a letter.

This is becoming quite Kittycatesque, even though I don't doubt that it is legit.

One look at your contract however would tell you if you are at risk. One look at your insurance contract would tell you if you are covered. No amount of hand wringing here will alter that one jot.

Either way, just front it out, only respond to legal representation and forget it until that happens, life is too short. The lessons you can take from this and I hope that before you signed your new contract, is to read the thing and get it reviewed professionally first and then arrange for any alterations. Once you are happy with what you are letting yourself in for, then sign it. If you cannot get agreement, walk away. Any other course of action is to risk this all over again.
