firehawk if you have proof that this guy threatens people, which you state you have as you have emails, then if the agent ask for their money back tell them no as you did the work and don't expect to be put in a situation where you are harassed and threatened by one of their clients. Make sure you do this in an email.

Then ignore them and don't answer their calls.

If they bother, which is unlikely to get a solicitor on to you, get your own and stress the threats you received from the client.

In future if anyone threatens you on a client site make sure you document each occasion before you reach the final straw, and either walk out or give your notice depending on the contract.

      Good advice Sue.
The only "threat" was by email in relation to claiming compensation/loss. But in regards to his conduct/manner, everyone at the client is aware of it and that is how "it is", and I do have the email of that which prompted this situation to occur.

      Thanks again.

If you are LTD - he can easily obtain addresses you registered with Companies House.
Hope it goes well for you.
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

actually my LTD company registered address is not my house, but rather my accountants elsewhere in the country.

Just thought I would update you all nice people

                I think I'm liable. *sigh*.

                contract:

"The Contractor shall be liable for any and all loss, damage or injury to any party howsoever arising (whether directly or indirectly)
and resulting from any breach of this Agreement or any deliberate or negligent act or omission of the Representative or any
assignee or sub-contractor to whom the Contractor assigns or sub-contracts the performance of the Services during the
                Assignment."

I think that you should relax, even if they threaten you, the chances that they actually will follow it through are minute.

Usually directors address is also disclosed. I found quite a few home addresses here, its free: Company Check Website - find free UK Limited company information

After you found your company, you can click on the director name (bottom of the page) to find associated address.

If your name is not very common, you can try directors check, also free:
Company Director Check - free company director search

But I really think you should relax and move on.

Another website showing too much private information for the world to see.

Interesting how they claim they cant remove details, but link to a website that states the Companies Act 2006 gives the benefit of "Directors will automatically have the option of filing a service address on the public record (rather than their private home address)."

Which to my knowledge I had done, as my accountant is my company address.
