    Emailing isn't getting you anywhere. Do as Big Bird and eek suggest and call them.

        Does anyone know if OrangeGenie responded to the OP's email to OrangeGenie yet and if he is now allowed to log in to the OrangeGenie portal to submit his invoices ?

        If not, what do we suggest the OP does about it ? I think the OP should phone Orangegenie using OrangeGenie's telephone number and ask why he can't log in to the Orangegenie portal to submit his invoices.

        NLUK, can you assist with this problem with the OrangeGenie email address and the OrangePortal. I gather the OP can't log on to the OrangeGenie portal using his Orangegenie user id and password to submit his invoices.

              What happened?

              So what is the current status? We have spent all this time providing advice and it wouldn't be right that you just disappear and not close the case. Are they still not doing their job?

                      As a guess, I asked Orange Genie for a new "I forgot my password" response online.

                      I was then able to log in with the replacement password they sent me.

                      I never rescinded my original password.

                      Orange Genie have ignored all of my correspondence on this matter.
