But you don't seem to have applied any common sense on Friday. Step 1 was to send an email. Step 2 was to ring your named contact. Step 3 would be to ring the main number and speak to someone else.merely at clientco for the entertainment -
Relax Relax Relax
Elaine didn't respond to your e-mail on Friday. Right? What if she was on leave on that day? You didn't mention that you call, did you call? Do you really expect that people work on Saturdays and Sundays? Relax for the night and call them on Monday.Comment

I think it would be more accurate to say you emailed a member of staff at Orange Genie who may or may not have had access to that emailOriginally posted by helpFul View PostIt is the weekend now, but my problem arose on Thursday. I contacted Orange Genie on Thursday, not at the weekend.Comment

Still no response from Orange Genie to my E-mail to 'helpme@orangegenie.com" on Sunday.
It is now nearly 20:00 on Monday and I still cannot log on to the Orange Genie portal to submit my invoices.Comment

Sounds worrying, but hey it will not be the first time we have heard of a brolly going down the plug hole."The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance." CiceroComment

Orange Genie: Down the Plug Hole?
I'd have expected, if things were normal, that Orange Genie would have at least acknowledged my complaints; but they haven't even done that.Originally posted by Waldorf View PostSounds worrying, but hey it will not be the first time we have heard of a brolly going down the plug hole.Comment

If you don't get an answer Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, HP20 2LA - Residents, Businesses, Information - 192.com has a couple of numbers of companies in the same building. You can ring them afterwards and politely ask if the company is still around.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

I am frustrated for you
Interesting that you didn't take our advice to call. Any reasons? Do you need us to call for you?Comment

Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment

Maybe I'm being cynical, but the repeated use of the umbrella name "x won't let me log in to x's portal. I emailed x and x did not respond" (to paraphrase) strikes me that OP may be trying to ensure that anyone searching for info about the umbrella comes across his post, as opposed to genuinely seeking advice to resolve his issue.Comment
