Orange Genie: umbrella won't let me submit invoices.

    But you don't seem to have applied any common sense on Friday. Step 1 was to send an email. Step 2 was to ring your named contact. Step 3 would be to ring the main number and speak to someone else.

      Elaine didn't respond to your e-mail on Friday. Right? What if she was on leave on that day? You didn't mention that you call, did you call? Do you really expect that people work on Saturdays and Sundays? Relax for the night and call them on Monday.

        I think it would be more accurate to say you emailed a member of staff at Orange Genie who may or may not have had access to that email

          Still no response from Orange Genie to my E-mail to 'helpme@orangegenie.com" on Sunday.

          It is now nearly 20:00 on Monday and I still cannot log on to the Orange Genie portal to submit my invoices.

            Sounds worrying, but hey it will not be the first time we have heard of a brolly going down the plug hole.

                Pick up the phone and ring them. I'll even save you the bother of finding the number its 01296 489 242

                If you don't get an answer Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, HP20 2LA - Residents, Businesses, Information - 192.com has a couple of numbers of companies in the same building. You can ring them afterwards and politely ask if the company is still around.

                      Maybe I'm being cynical, but the repeated use of the umbrella name "x won't let me log in to x's portal. I emailed x and x did not respond" (to paraphrase) strikes me that OP may be trying to ensure that anyone searching for info about the umbrella comes across his post, as opposed to genuinely seeking advice to resolve his issue.
