I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

This is a recommendation thread - do you have a recommendation?
Why do you want more control yet delegate it to someone else? I have an accountant with FA and I am in full control of my finances. They offer me expert advice and guidance but my finances are run by me.Last edited by northernladuk; 17 February 2017, 18:40.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!Comment

There's a lot of accountants that use FreeAgent as part of the service. And the subscription will be included in their charges.
Plus if you want to retain control of some aspects, the fees for accountancy advice can be tailored around what you want.
FA have a list of premium partners and I'm sure there will be numerous recommendations on here too [emoji3]We're all ears!Comment

Hi ,
Newbie based in the North West here. I'm a freelance web developer and have been doing my books/self assessment myself with FreeAgent for a few years. I am looking for a recommended accountant (local or otherwise) who is familiar with FA and will hopefully save me a bit of cash for this tax year (leaving it a bit late, whoops).
Many thanks,

It's never too late to save tax. You've still got loads of time before the 5 April to get all of your ducks in row.
Good Luck! [emoji3]We're all ears!Comment
