Fairly new to contracting myself to be honest, I found all the information out there an absolute nightmare. I used an accountant called Contractor Unlimited (anyone know them?). The only criticism I have so far is they seem a bit old fashioned- they don't have an online portal as of yet- so have to stick all my stuff in an envelope every week. Apart from that they seem to know their stuff, Tony knows what he is on about and pretty much runs my company for me now.

Agree to that

Has anyone used clever accounts (admin note URL removed) ?
Software looks nice and it is only 100£, including insurances (if I look at Qdos insurance it's 147£ just for the Professional Indemnity Insurance).
I know next to nothing on accounting so I probably missed something obvious
Thanks !Comment

That was my reasoning as well.
It's just that I was quite surprised when I found out this one yesterday and couldn't find any mention of it in this forum.
Thanks for the answer !Comment
