Full service?
Does anyone have any recs for a specialist firm that offers "full service" (ie the book-keeping). Love the idea of sending scans/photod of reciepts and having them on file and entered into the books for me. I'm happy to pay a bit more so looking for the best rather than the cheapest service. Originally was looking for FreeAgent and local to London but open to any suggestions now. After two lots of inefficient and uncommunicative accountants though, I'm looking for someone with a good cloud-based software and someone who will return my calls and emails within a day max.Comment

I use Maslins
I use Maslins with FreeAgent. They are local to me but also do the books of a mate who is London based. Calls usually answered immediately, emails typically same day. Proactive service prompting me to hit the button in Freeagent to file VAT returns after they've given them the once over.
They can be found on this very board.....Comment

bookkeeping service
Originally posted by SpaceBarCadet View PostYes, well, of course I checked the first post and numerous others on the board. First post is from 2 years ago, and people seem to recommend the same 4 firms in numerous places. I have in fact called those firms but wanted to check to see if anyone had any NEW recommendations, in particular someone who offered a bookkeeping service as well.Comment

Question re: Accountants - Are People Generally Happy w/ Their Current Accountant?
Hi AQ,
It's normally good manners to ask Admin if you can survey the members first.
Once you've done that (and if he says yes) come back and try again.
