taking control

I'm not saying we are definitely going to lose in the end, its just that I want to regain some control over events. Having 28 days to scrape together six figures isn't having any control.....Comment

Just so people get a feel for numbers, I'm fighting on, no way will I be giving in at this point. I "owe" (not) 6 figures so this isn't trivial.
Wanted people to feel that there is still a solidarity here. I wasn't expecting this judgement but I still think we will win in the end because we just are in the right. The Cat

That way, I can start planning & making arrangements if, and only if, we lose subsequent rounds.Comment

no fat lady yet
hey guys, I know this is a set back but try not to think its the end of the world. As MP have always said they will appeal all the way regardless including ECHR. This isnt over yet, and as someone said, if we had won this round then HMRC would have appealed anyway.
It is only money and the worst case its bankruptcy which is now discharged quite quickly compared to the old days...Comment
