Could we just draw the line under any arguments please.

BlasterBates is a troll. 2 rules with trolls :-
    1. do not feed them
    2. dont argue between ourselves over the troll.

Not only is BB happy : but HMRC head office is happy too. What is in the past is in the past : lets turn our attention on HMRC and the imminent oral hearing for the JR (I hear a whisper about 16th June but this is subject to change).

I would prefer a PM if anyone disagrees.

The courts are a bit like buliders. Whatever timescale they give you, double it and then add some for good measure.

I've heard that the PwC oral hearing has been delayed, and it looks like we are now first up.

The High Court has an oral hearing listed for Montpelier on 16th June but we are still trying to confirm if that's us.

          Watch this space...

Actually I think you might need different views other than total support. Most - but not all - non combatants aren't trying to eat away -only look at balance. If you don't think there is any viable view other than your own you are truly dead in your argument.

Edit: Ballcat. The quote doesn't seem to have worked. Should have been silver_lining.

Edit x 2: Ballcat wasn't a dig at futurecat. Just trying to avoid the profanity filter.

There is only one 'viable' view in this instance, and that is justice.... any else doesn't cut it; as such I believe it is a shared view.

Brillo, take your points you raise through all channels... Lets get back on track....

I asked this question a while back, can 'joe pub' attend the oral or is it in private?

You're right there. But what's your definition?

Good question! Could I start off by saying what it is not :-
                    1. it is not retrospection.
                    2. it is not picking on a certain group
                    3. it is not bullying and intimidation.
                    4. it is not lieing.

And you are quite right : we should consider the views of other groups. Alas the threads have attracted a few trolls. Mostly in the early days.

cuk attracts alot of trolls. BB has had a go at me on other threads and I believe the only reason for his prescence here was to have ago at us as a group but particularly me.

The reason is clear – they cannot tolerate that we don’t want their “employment protection”, their unions, there whole corrupt socialist system. Look at what Gordon Brown has done to our country. We stand in stark contrast to all of that. They are consumers of wealth, we are creators of wealth.
