Security breach is always going to happen sooner or later - that's a given. One of my problems with the whole on line thing...

Sure thing. Just let me know how much you want and I'll mail it to you straight away. Just don't tell anyone else....

Still no response to my post about price hike last summer.

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

I'm reasonably satisfied with their service, but an increase like that is a bit excessive....
... aaaaaaaand Goodbye SJD. Nice accountant, shame about the cost.

Now need to plough through the forum and choose a replacement.

Being 7 years with SJD moved to FreeAgent. Closed a company, opened a new one to make it easier. Should say SJD servicing is high-standard but value of money

Do you mean you moved to FreeAgent and a compatible accountant? Or are you flying solo with FreeAgent?

Make sure you choose someone who provides a service you need, not a service they wish to deliver.
