Help! Couple of questions.

The TAA Forum says I need to register but the forum username defaults to my NTRT log in (initial and surname). Does my TAA Forum have to be my NTRT login name or something else? If everyone else is using their NTRT username (their initial and surname) then fair enough but if everyone is signing up under their contractor uk username or something else, i dont want to use my NTRT name!

I dont have a printer (who has one in today's paperless society?). Can I use the pdf electronic signature option for the letter of authority?

I havent looked for my CN's. Werent we told to send these to MP so might not have any CN's in da house! What to do in this case?

Im not going to get everything sorted and sent off in 5 days. Am I going to miss out?

When are the FAQ's going to be available (yep seen NTRT are very busy but we need to know) and where are they going to be available?

I think we can all bank on 2 outcomes

1. HMRC negotiate a settlement
2. HMRC find some way to screw us

I don't expect this would even go to a FTT. HMRC could never risk losing in court a decision like this. It would be devastating for them.

It's in everyone's interest (HMRC and Us) to get settlement negotiations underway now and stop giving hundreds of thousands of pounds to lawyers.

How we all agree on an acceptable number is the tough one! A lot of people would be happy for pre 2008 interest to be taken off, but others will stop at nothing but zero.
