CCW have advised on what we need to do next if HMRC drag their heels or refuse to engage.

Can't say any more at the moment because I wouldn't want to spoil the surprise.

Around 500 people have already settled. This includes the 150 Suo Motu back in 2003.

Are people who used Sanzar and Edge affected by S58? They seem to have a different group set up to fight it but I thought their schemes were the same. If they are affected wouldn't it make sense to fight it together?

We have a few Sanzar members. I wasn't aware of a separate Sanzar campaign group dealing with Section 58.

The Sanzar EBT scheme (or any EBT) is a totally different story and not something we have the extra resources to fight.
