I've been shortlisted for a role through an agency called 'Carrington Blake'. The client itself is well-known and reputable, and the interview was fine. However, I've never heard of this agency, and something feels a bit odd about them (massively out of date website, not a member of REC trade body, jobs posted on site are all sales rep/cold call). The contract itself looks fun, but I'd really value any feedback on this funny little agency,

Take a look for them at Companies House."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Looking at it on Companies House, it seems to be a one-man band.
I've got nothing to add really except that I would demand weekly payment if I were you."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Had the misfortune a very long time ago of some dealings. Things may have changed this about 2007 IIRC I would not have done an actual gig with them. Not going to say any more on a forum.Former IPSE member

I'm sure whatever you say from thirteen years ago isn't gonna matter one iota.Originally posted by courtg9000 View PostHad the misfortune a very long time ago of some dealings.
