Scroll down the list until you see the name you are looking for.

Please could someone advice if the MoneyClaim route is a viable option. from the link send by tractor, I found the director's name and the registered address as 35 Firs Avenue... and exact name and address is required for the claim.

From previous messages from 'Mulder' looks like he had luck via the MoneyClaim route, but would be nice to get more info on whether I am doing it right as I don't want to pay £200+ on top of what I am already out of pocket.

    Cheers

        Hi,

Based on their Uxbridge address & using Compusource, though on my P60, my employer was CompuSource Ltd.

I can confirm that they paid up my missing pay & my 4 months missing pension payments.
They have also paid up the Court fees & punitive interest from the Money Claim service, though I had to go down the warrant option for the interest & court fees.

I can only speak from my experience but the Money claim worked for me, so I can only comment that it is was a viable option.

At least with the Money Claim route you can go down the route of getting bailiffs on your side to help recover if they don't pay up.

        I wish you the best!

A trip around the world of Compusource

An update on the saga so far -

So I took some further time off work this morning in an attempt to try and track down anyone from Compusource Limited. I visited 6 separate addresses and left letters for the Director of Compusource at each. I also took pictures of each location and will post more details to my own website for others to use.

            1) 35 Firs Avenue, N11 3NE.
This is listed as the registered company address by companies house. To be frank the place was dilapidated and there was a smashed up car in the drive way. I rang the bell several times, and it was eventually answered by a young boy. I asked to speak to 'Michael Gordon' (listed as the Director of Compusource Ltd by companies house) he said "No one of that name lives here", which in my opinion seems like an unusually rigid response for a child. I handed him an envelope and asked him to pass my letter on, he said that he would.
As a result, I will write to companies house to inform then that the Registered Company Address for Compusource Limited is wrong.

            2) 229 Nether Street, N3 1NT.
This is listed as a registered company address of Paramount Properties (U.K.) Limited who are the parent company of Compusource (this information came from companycheck.co.uk who get their information from Companies House). This is now a business premises called "Computer Repair Centre" the owner was very friendly and said that he receives calls and post for on a weekly basis for Michael Gordon, yet he took over the premises some 5 years ago and is quite fed up with all the inquiries for someone else. He wished me luck in my search.

            3) 5-7 Vine Street, UB8 1QE.
This is listed as a registered company address for a company called Home Detective Ltd (homedetective.co.uk) related to Paramount Properties (U.K.). Also similar to "umbrelladetective" which the alljobs.co.uk company (another one of Paramounts companies) is registered by (see below). This is a closed shop premises with a 'Forefeiture of Lease' notice pasted on the door addressed to Home Detective Ltd and dates 09/08/1023.

            4) Brook House, UB8 2QE.
This is the address on the WHOIS information for alljobs.co.uk (see below) These are serviced offices, the gentleman on the desk was most helpful and said that he had never heard of Compusource or alljobs.co.uk but that several people in the last week have been asking for them. This is rather strange as it is in the WHOIS information and should be official.

            5) Unit 7, Brook Business Centre, UB8 2FX.
This is the address listed on the Contact Us page of the compusource.co.uk website as of last week (it used to be Lakeside House, see below). It is also the address listed on the Contact Us page of the alljobs.co.uk website. I rang the intercom, and someone called Mark from alljobs.co.uk (he was wearing their branded T-shirt) came down to talk to me. He claimed that he was the only person in the building today, I asked if I could speak with Michael Gordon or Maria Puentes, he said that he had never heard of them. He also said that he had never heard of Compusource, and said that he had no idea why they were using that address. I asked who the Director of alljobs.co.uk was and he said it was 'Michael Gallop'. That is strange considering that the Director is listed as Mrs Charlotte Anne Ridgeon by Companies House (found via companycheck.co.uk). As a result, I will again write to companies house to inform then that the listed Director for All Jobs Ltd is wrong.

            6) Lakeside House, UB11 1BD.
Until last week this was the address listed on the Contact Us page of the compusource.co.uk, it is also the address I successfully visited 2 weeks ago. It is a Regus rented office. When I visited previously, they had never heard of Compusource but directed me to alljobs.co.uk's office, where I met Maria Puentes who works/worked for Compusource Ltd. Upon this visit as far as the Regus staff knew, alljobs.co.uk were still leasing the office and their sign was still present in reception on the list of companies in the building. Someone went to the alljobs.co.uk office to fetch Maria but came back to report that there was no one in the office at all. It could be either that they are planning to move out, have already done so, or that simply no one was home that day.

So this morning has not got me very far apart from I can confirm that some details held by Companies House about these companies may be false. Also that visiting the above addresses will probably not yield anyone else any better results than I have had. I will write to Companies House later today to make them aware of the situation to see if they can help.

In the mean time, I have written to all the above addresses laying out my grievance, if I do not receive an amicable reply I am entitled to apply to for an Employment Tribunal, so that is my next stop...

            Cheers

Today & Yesterday I received e-mails from Compusource (Monday to confirm they paid the outstanding amount per the Warrant, and today to thank me.)

It was Jenny both times this time:
              Jenny

Not sure if Reena has now left but she seemed to deal with me when Goutham left, but her name is left in the signature.

              Reena
              Payroll Assitant

They are still using Goutham's e-mail address, in addition to the letters to the various addresses, might be worth trying the e-mail and phone number again.
For those that have submitted a Moneyclaim, worth sending them a copy of the PDF (they should in theory get a copy in the post but based on the detective work done that may not be the case).

Anyway as a former Compusource 'employee'/client I wish those that are still owed money by them the best of luck in getting it. It seems I may have been lucky but Moneyclaim worked for me.

              <mod snip> personal details removed.

                £14,000 Out of Pocket

Used Excellium for years before they were bought by Compusource.

They've been producing payslips every week but not paying anyone. I am personally owed over fourteen thousand pounds from this wretched company.

Phones not answered but they're still reading emails as I receive automated read receipts from them. They don't bother replying though.

Six hours commuting every day for the last eight months, for this? Will never recover from this. Off work now with crippling depression.

                  Compusource...

                  Hi all
Not posted before but have been keeping an eye on developments...
I was with Excellium for a number of years and then Compusource. Things hadn't been 100% for some time with late payment of salary and difficulty getting hold of people at times, so I made the decision to leave them back in early Feb. My agency had advised me to stop sending them invoices which I did. I then set up as a Ltd Company but for a two week period I wasn't with Compusource and I wasn't fully set up as Ltd either! I managed to get hold of Maria and she was really very helpful in getting me back on the books so I could invoice them for the outstanding two weeks work + expenses. I then received two payslips and waited but nothing. I tried calling but the line went dead after 5-6 rings, emails were bounced back and that's when I found this forum. I then raised a claim via Moneyclaim.gov which I sent to them 3 days ago and upon checking my account today I see that one invoice has been paid. Obviously this is great news, I hope the second will be paid soon also and it looks like yes they are in trouble but they are slowly sorting themselves out. I am not sure if the money claim route was the trigger for payment or do they need a little more time to pay everyone? I hope you all get what you are owed...

Looking at everyone else who hasn't been paid, MoneyClaim is indeed the trigger Steve.

This is all public domain stuff so assuming no issue posting here. Strange old company set up. Michael Gordon and Darren Symes have literally hundreds of current and previous directorships. the sole sharehold is Paramount Properties (UK) ltd whose shareholder is Neil Cohen. Paramount Properties also on the board of many other companies (quite a few with Darren Symes on board also). Turnaround specialists? Serial entrepreneurs maybe?

                      Is the company still trading?
