    Mr Gordon responds

Yesterday morning 10th May 2014 I received by post a letter on Judgement from an Online County Court advising me to pay a person a lot of money owed. Via google I found phone number of the Claimant. I telephoned and we had a fruitful discussion. I had not received from this Court any Claim Form so this claim was new to me.
I am a professional Nominee Director for company formation companies. I was emailed by one of these companies called Paramount Company Formations Ltd a while ago and asked to be a Director of Compusourse Ltd. The appropriate forms were filled in with the Client by Paramount. For this service I get paid a fee. I did NOT have anything to do with the running of Compusourse Ltd. Compusourse did not pay the Directors fee and I asked Paramount to resign me with Companies House. I have never met the owner of Compusurse or talked to him or emailed, everything goes through Paramount as Compusourse is their client. The owner is Mark Rigdeon Lakeside House, 1 Furzeground Park West, Uxbridge, UB111BD. I also have his home address if any interested party wants it. From my telephone call with the Claimant yesterday morning it would appear that a number of computer experts have done a lot of freelance work for a variety of organisations. The idea that they tell Compusourse what hours they have done. Compusourse them invoices the companies from whom the work has been done. They then pay Compusourse. They deduct tax and NI and pass the remainder to the computer worker. In this case the first phase has been completed, however, Compusourse has refused to pass the money on. Mark Rigdeon has clearly been paid and has refused to pass the money on to its proper owner. Tomorrow morning I will advise Police. I will advise how this goes. I have a copy of Rigdeons Passport for any interested parties.

He named Mark Ridgdon as the owner/director of Compusource and when I looked at Companycheck.co.uk it now names Mark Rigdon as current director.

COMPUSOURCE LIMITED Free and instant access to Director and Shareholder details. Credit Reports online instantly.

Michael said he will be contacting the police regarding this and also can supply Mark Ridgdon's details including his address and passport/photo details if needs be.

I sent him the address of this thread for his information and invited him to provide us with his side of the story, so hoping more info on this thread direct from Michael himself soon.

It may be that with Michael Gordon's input we can get further to the bottom of this situation and locate Mark Ridgeon who may be the actual culprit.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the home phone number and address of Mark Rigdeon.

I'm sure that information can be PM'd.

I don't suppose anyone has heard from them today? I received emails on Thursday and Friday saying their system was down and then that they would return my wages to my agency. They also insisted the company is operating as usual. Today there has been silence. What I don't understand is why they'd bother contacting me at all if they are not going to give me my money.

Holding/delaying tactic, if they can put you off going legal as long as possible, they will.

                  Compusource

I got a call this morning from Jenny saying that the account team have partially paid my claim. This is was for the first payslip. 2nd pay still outstanding and was told by Jenny that will be paid soon (end this week/next week). Jenny was apologetic and related the issues with problems at the account team, tech,Phone/email problems... nothing new, same stuff as already mentioned here previously.

Looking at my account, the first lot was indeed paid! This is after the court judgement was served to them, so like Mulder most probably was the trigger. Waiting to see if they pay me the next lot, else will have to issue the warrant for the rest.

Our advice to any creditor of this company that has not yet begun the process of issuing a claim, is to do so immediately.

Obviously some assets remain within the company if they are choosing to make payment to creditors. How long these assets will continue to be available and paid out is frankly anyone's guess.

But we suspect the window for recovery action is rapidly closing.

Thanks for the advice. Can you outline briefly what the options are with regard to beginning the process of issuing a claim and what the costs are roughly?
