Clarity Umbrella - what's going on?

Does anyone know what's behind the ownership and governance changes with Clarity Umbrella?
As of May 2025, the company is now owned by a Quitron Holding Ltd that is itself owned by Quitron Ltd a Cypriot Corporation.

I know that Lucy is well regarded but I'm concerned by the sudden change to overseas ownership.

You are probably right to be concerned.

No need for worries people, I am still here and still running it same as always. Uncertainty over government actions is making this industry harder and harder, so now I have the support of a larger group which come April 2026 should give us some longeavity.

Absolutely, this is only getting tougher for the smaller brollies, there needs to be groups working together.

It's easier to be blunt. Very few businesses base themselves in Cyprus for legitimate reasons.

Sorry, this is a bad omen and bad look for Clarity Umbrella and I will now definitely not be using them. I suggest others use the brain they were given and come to a similar decision.

                Are you being serious?
There is definitely need for concern. Rather than openly post about the changes here months ago you instead chose to react when it was eventually posted due to somebody randomly spotting the change.

You could've engaged with a UK based business with no holding company in known dodgy jurisdiction and instead chose not to.

Might be above board. I don't know. Not with Clarity so not bothered. But you should have told people what you had planned before doing it really. I would be annoyed.

Ehhhm, Having suffered 14 years of pain and sleepiness nights being previously involved with totally above board, dont worry about it, its all legit , and top QCs recommend it employment schemes, I would personally keep as many miles away from offshore not 100% UK based companies.
