    I am beyond frustrated as our agent advised us to do our own research which we did and spoke to Lucy however then still is only willing to deal with their own sh!tty little list! Grrrrrr
    The options we have Giant, Brookson, Paystream, JSA, Umbrella, NASA, ICS, orange genie, Danbro, contractor umbrella and parasol.
    Does anyone have any views on the above and any red flags to stay clear from? I was aware Giant, Brookson and Parasol were hit with the cyber attack but i really have no dealings with anyone for advise other than the forum at present.
    many advise appreciated.
    The forum search doesn't work well, but you can try this in Google;

      That's strange and surprising - have you told Lucy?

      SimonMac uses Nasa so they can't be that bad.

        eek yes I’ve spoken to Lucy. It’s very frustrating. Without going into our full conversation we both were not surprised when they came back with no ? however anyone reading this I can’t stress enough.. the agent saying no is absolutely zero reflection on Clarity. This is purely down to the agent not willing to do their own due diligence on a company and “refreshing” there PSL

          They are still offering Parasol? That is indeed one crappy PSL, and the agency isn’t much better.

            I'm using Paystream atm. Sign up was quick and easy, no outlandish claims made. They pay on time, their Payslips are clearly set out and they tell you exactly what is being payed in terms of tax and margin. They support personal SIP's for pension contributions without forcing you to use theirs.

            They were quick to sort out invoicing issues with the Agency, agencies fault not Paystreams. They were sending weekly invoices at irregular intervals rather than just one monthly one.

              Offering Brookson (who seem to be having bigger problems than Parasol based on trustpilot) is as bad if not worse than Parasol.

                Sanderson under Keith Dawes back in the day were a really good, focussed operation. Sadly over the last 15 years or so they have succumbed to BigCo growth syndrome (they are part of RSG but still under the same ownership at heart) plus a complete change of senior management and seem to have lost their original ethos in the interests of pursuing money. But they are no different to any of the other larger agencies; they have a model that works well for them, and everyone else is irrelevant - or a commodity product...

                  Then problem is that when personnel departments changed their name to Human Resources, the personal bit disappeared and everyone become interchangeable resources.
