    You will need to report them to ASA but only if it is a banner ad. You will have to take a screen shot of it and say the website you saw it on.

      The whole flippin' website is full of the bull***t. It is possibly the worst example I've seen yet of leading people down the garden path and for 15 to 17% in fees! It is about time HMRC got a grip on this and had a whistle blowing website where you could report this kind of stuff. It's easy to understand how gullible and greedy people can be sucked in by this.
