You will need to report them to ASA but only if it is a banner ad. You will have to take a screen shot of it and say the website you saw it on."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JR -
The whole flippin' website is full of the bull***t. It is possibly the worst example I've seen yet of leading people down the garden path and for 15 to 17% in fees! It is about time HMRC got a grip on this and had a whistle blowing website where you could report this kind of stuff. It's easy to understand how gullible and greedy people can be sucked in by this.Originally posted by SueEllen View PostYou will need to report them to ASA but only if it is a banner ad. No offence taken, but are you suggesting that some contractors may have a "greedy" streak?Originally posted by LondonManc View PostUnfortunately there's a massive gap between what they can offer and what you should take home through an "unadvanced" umbrella (no offence Lucy!); this plays on the inherent greed of humans and a belief that they're being hard done to by having to pay what they should.
