4g dumb phone - any recs?

My 20-odd year old Nokia 6310 is still going strong, and on the original battery, but the giffgaff (O2) 2g network is starting to get a bit flaky eg. texts not always arriving promptly.

I've got a smartphone but it's much heavier and bulkier, and I don't want to lug that around every day.

I know Nokia aren't Nokia anymore but I'll probably get another one.

    Anyone recommend anything else?
    Thanks

anything else?, another 2g 'phone? or another mobile co?

i had to retire a perfectly fine LG 3G which was thin, light and petite.
all the bloody 5G phones are monstrosities now.
i settled for a secondhand galaxy s22 which was the smallest i could find*.

*i won't have an I-anything in the house. i hate apple and its smug little ecosystem.

A 4G dumb phone. HMD (badged as Nokia) do a few eg. 110.

But maybe there are better makes?

I've seen adverts for the Doro Leva L10, but can't vouch for it. It might be aimed more at those of advanced years rather than young whipper snappers.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

BTW, one thing to watch for, if you're buying online, is a lot of phones are advertised as 4G when they ain't.

For example, Nokia's 105 and 106 have several editions; many are advertised as 4G but only the later ones really are.

Similar goes for mobile broadband routers; there are a lot of false claims of 5G connectivity.

Except it says it's only 2G. There's even a Q&A confirming this. At least Argos are honest about this, which is more than can be said for other online sellers.

There is a later edition of the 105 which is 4G.

As I said above, I'm already having problems with 2G, and I suspect this may get worse before it's finally switched off in 3 or 4 years time.
