French equivalent of OS maps for the Alps?

I’m looking at doing a bit of snowshoe hiking around La Plagne, does anyone know where I could buy a map for the area?

A few years ago I was trying to find similar. There is no OS equivalent in France (or if there is the maps are retained by the military unlike the UK ones).

There's plenty of hiking shops in the towns round there. Chambery, Albertville, Bourg St. Maurice etc. that will sell hiking maps. The scale might not be as fine as you want though, we are spoiled by the OS.

You could try a book like this: https://www.amazon.fr/Haute-Savoie-à.../dp/2751405789
The local tourist office might have something.
Alternatively, head to the nearest Decathlon.

Have a look at ign.fr. Don’t have such blanket coverage as OS but we got walking maps for the Lake Annecy area. Seem to remember getting the maps From specialist online retailer rather than amazon
