Run a cable to the AP in another part of the house, put both networks on different channels and you've got better coverage.
Purely because the Ubiquity LR AP is powerful enough for me not to need the HH5 Wifi.. I get strong signal all over the house.. something the HH5 used to struggle with. Hence there is no need for the HH5's wifi.

I've got 2 HH5's in the house. I needed to extend the coverage but use the four ports as well. I am sure I've given it a different IP and different channel but same SSID but the wireless drops and reconnects as I walk across the house. Drives me nuts. Also can't access the 2nd HH5 via a webpage, first one always comes up. Have to either swap them out or access the 2nd one directly on a laptop. I really should think about getting a better solution but just can't be bothered to get round to it.

You should have got Bob Shawadiwadi to install it, I bet it would have worked then

This is why I removed the use of the HH5's wifi. The benefit with the AP is that I can add more to it and it can be set to handover devices between APs and all as one SSID. Ubiquity APs definitely do that.. I only have 1 AP but a friend of mine has 4 in his house and has no signal issue.. Yes it is a cost item but it is stable as Shawadiwadi'watshisname...

If your mate has 4, either they really aren't any better than BT ones or he has a massive house. How many wired ports do these APs have and how are you connecting them together?

I have 4 routers in my house but that is because it's got very thick stone walls, I wanted network ports in 4 different rooms, and you can pick up routers very cheap off eBay from people who don't want the BT ones because they've been told they need to spend lots of money on ones that are far better

NLUK, check the IP addresses for each one. You should be able to reach them both wirelessly. If someone has done a factory reset on the 2nd one then it will have gone back to the original IP.
Also, check that the IP range on both excludes the IP addresses of them.

I left the monastery years ago. (I also got kicked out of the convent, but that was for my bad habits)

He has a very large house.. the APs are powered using PoE in his case and he has these connected to the Ubiquity's own PoE Switch. I use the PoE Injector that comes with the AP and this is connected to my Linksys switch. No additional ports on the AP themselves..
