Problem Clause in Contract
I've had my contract review by a legal expert and they say it fails the IR35 test owing to 1 small clause. The contract mentions a trial period. This, apparently, is problematic. If it were reworded to initial period it would pass. Unfortunately this is a clause worded by the client and they're not...

How much do you pay your accountant and who are they? Would you recommend them?

I need to do it ASAP so I might take whoever PMs me first, if I get a few names I'll pick based on my own preference like...

Clearsky accounting (formerly Quay) - price hike
Hello
Clearsky Accounting have written to me informing me that their prices are going up from £66 (ex VAT) to £120 (ex VAT) per month from 1st June. Obviously this is taking the p1ss a bit too much, so can anyone recommend an alternative to Clearsky?
Thanks in advance...
