    Morning.

    Tuesday <checks clock> Yes. Tuesday.

Yet another horrible jobs dream. I hate those. Much as I've hated so many jobs.

    Damp.

    Wanly sunny.

    High cloud.

Chilly in here at 16.4 deg, 15.5 in the kitchen, 14 in the leanto.

1004 mBar, 29.65 in Hg, 753 Torr, 14.56 psi, (down from 1005 last night), 60% RH (Lidl electric).

    Morning denizens

Lots of sheets of cloud out, but with big gaps starting to open up from the south and west, and likely to be clear later. It's still windy, so the current 10°C "feels like" 3°, and I assume we'll be similarly shortchanged on the expected high of 13°. The barometers are dithering but nominally up at 992/1000mB

    Almost finished reading Heathern

And I did some more mucking around with RealityKit shaders

Lots of meetings tomorrow, which is a shame as the other dev and I have been working out how to do something and made some good progress today. But we won't have much time to take it any further until Thursday at this rate

    Goodnight all

To go with this, I started watching American Manhunt: Osama Bin Laden on Netflix, a three-parter

Ended up having a very early dinner that was Thai curry leftovers from Saturday evening.

The evening's ents has started with the new series of Ambulance on iPlayer.

Another 2+ hr doing footpath inspection. Back & relax with me puppet parrot. I see that local woodland charity has a photo of volunteers on it's main page, I'm right in the middle with a youngish lady, her arm round me shoulder.

Lunch: pork cutlet in a wholemeal bap with apple sauce

Very variable weather today. It turned cloudy earlier, now it's brightening up again. Still breezy

    Morning all

Sunny with occasional fluff balls wafting past. Quite breezy. Currently 13 degrees ('feels like' 10) and that's the high for the day. Cloud cover set to increase as the day progresses. Barometer down to 1005 mBar.

    Sunrise 06:46; Sunset 16:43 GMT

Once again, the battle commences to get my heating controls to recognise what the time is. It has some nonsense time signal update that overwrites the settings and it's hard to fathom what time zone it actually thinks it's in. It'll take me a week or so of trying options, waiting for the 12 hourly update to see if they stick and trying again.

Oh, and HWMBO is on his way back to Glasgow.

Morning all a very pleasant walk has been had without the need for a head torch. A couple of weeks before it will be required in the morning, but it will be an evening necessity now - one that I don't mind.
11C with a few clouds when we went out, 10C and clear skies now. Not much of a breeze.
