Am beside myself with worry.
So sorry to hear about your concerns/worry.
I would suggest you reach out to the Loan Charge Action Group (LCAG) via [email protected]
Ideally, please send them- a brief summary of your individual situation,
- the area in HMRC you work(ed) in and also please let them know
- your recruiter and
- the umbrella company you work(ed) through.
Most importantly, you are not alone.
All the best.

I think most self-employed schemes were much more straightforward than the one you used. Users were just sole traders, and there was no Ltd co, hence no employers NICs.
I guess you'll just have to wait and see what HMRC comes up with as a settlement calculation.

I’m still waiting to settle myself and just drawing some comparisons here as I was classed as self-employed as well as employed therefore I believe I’m liable for bother personal NICs contributions as well employer NICs contributions.
I was employed by my limited company but also self-employed with my provider therefore received both a salary, a self-employed income and then my loan in addition.

In addition to tax, you will have to pay late payment interest.
