Amazing service from AS Financials

Martin and his team were fantastic. As a first time buyer and and reading all the horror stories, my experience couldnt have been more the opposite. AS Financials got me a mortgage within 2 weeks of me wanting to put an offer on the house I wanted and within another the 3 weeks the keys were in my hand. Martin was so confident about me getting a mortgage during our initial meeting, he didnt even bother with an Agreement in Principle! Hes very good at what he does and more importantly communication is very good too, he always keeps you in the loop.

Absolutely brilliant - I will be contacting Martin again when my 2 year fixed period is coming to an end to see if he can help me acquire another good deal

I have been contracting for a few years and have always been wary of trying to get a mortgage. Finding a property and getting excited only for the banks to reject my application (based more by their lack of knowledge!)
That was until I Googled "Contractor mortgages and Forums" I read several posts determined to find the right person. While spending the best part of a week reading reviews, one name kept popping up time and time again - Martin from AS Financial. I had seen a property and desperately wanted to make an offer but was wary that I would not get a mortgage.
After a couple of days I decided I had to try something so I sent an email to Martin. He responded within 5 minutes! I sent him my details and asked if he could help - he seemed to think so. That was Friday afternoon. He asked me to come in and see him the following Monday which I did. He talked me through different scenarios and routes and was extremely helpful. I walked away nervous but with hope! I then made an offer for a house, which was accepted! After a couple of days of quick telephone calls, Martin said he could get me a mortgage in principal. I was so impressed! After a few more checks and form filling, I was given the fantastic news that the mortgage had been approved! WOW! This was all within a week. Now, I can't say that that everyone will be the same but this just shows the hard work, commitment and knowledge that Martin put in to get me my mortgage. This was after many appointments with various banks. Even my own bank (who i'd been with for 25 years) showed very little interest in helping me.
This review may be too long but I felt that there was no other way to describe how good Martin @ AS really is!

Monster shout out to Martin and all at the AS massive! They managed to clear my haemorrhoids in less than a week which really is going above and beyond what you'd expect from a high street mortgage broker.

Special thanks to Marcel whose light touch during the application really did make the process as painless as possible. Tell him I'll be dropping the rubber seat ring into the office next week.
